Upload to your Proxmox server. I utilize Filezilla Client.
In a NETLAB+ environment, I created a folder in /mnt/pve/NETLAB1/ called ovf_import.
Open a Shell on your Proxmox Server. Run the following command to import the VM (you can change the 200 to whatever you want, and update to your folder structure):
qm importovf 200 /mnt/pve/NETLAB1/ovf_import/Bizarre\ Adventure\ -\ Joestar.ovf NETLAB1 --format qcow2
